We turn our attention now to the stress that's located IN our relationship itself - not your stress or my stress, but our stress. The stress that's bearing down on us together as well as the stress that exists between us.

By the end of this lesson you will:

  2. Understand the DOs and DON'Ts of managing relational stress.
  3. Clarify your mutual awareness of current relationship stressors and the effects they're having.
